Refund policy

At Beyha Jewelry, we are committed to offering pieces of the highest quality. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on any item. However, we understand that special situations may arise. In such cases, we offer store credit if the following requirements are met:

Requirements for Obtaining Store Credit

• Time Limit for Requesting Credit: You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.

• Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.

Excluded Pieces: Sale items or personalized items are not eligible for store credit.

Application Process: Send an email to info@beyhajewelry.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

Approval: Once your request has been received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval and the amount of store credit that will be granted to you.

Important Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for evaluation.
